A Wheatland local with a taste for bold pairings and unforgettable atmospheres, Shaun set out to create something this town has been missing. Hop Riot is a place where wine and beer lovers can gather for elevated pours, seasonal bites, and real connection.

Inspired by classic charm and a rebellious edge, Shaun's vision is to turn Hop Riot into more than just a bar.
